Dans la communauté prestigieuse Stoneybrook de Palmer Ranch qui héberge un des meilleurs clubs et terrains de golf à Sarasota (Arthur Hills 18-holes course). Membership transférable (à partir de $300 dépendant la longueur de bail). À proximité de tout: Costco, Lowe's, Walmart, les épiceries et tous les autres types de commerces, magasins et restaurants.
