Mechanic Wanted – Heavy Equipment & Trucks
Located in Virden, Manitoba
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on mechanic to keep our equipment and trucks running. If you can diagnose problems, fix them right, and take pride in your work, we want you on our team.
Equipment You’ll Work On:
• Loaders
• Skid steers
• Winch trucks
• Trailers
• Centrifuges
• Pumps
• ¾‑ton trucks
• Other company‑owned equipment
What the Job Involves:
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Preventative maintenance and inspections
• Shop and field repairs as needed
• Keeping downtime to a minimum
• Basic service records and paperwork
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Able to work independently and get the job done
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Welding, hydraulic, or electrical experience is an asset
Hours & Schedule:
• Mostly Monday to Friday
• Must be available for some weekend work
• On‑call rotation required
