J & G Wilson Farms is a multi-generation grain farm located near Rathwell MB. We are a progressive operation, using modern technology and equipment, producing corn, edible beans, sunflowers, and cereal crops. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a general farm laborer and equipment operator. Full-time or seasonal considered.
Job Duties/Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
· Operate farm equipment, including tillage, fertilizer floater, air seeding or planting, sprayer, tender trucks, grain cart, grain hauling, monitor grain dryer, etc.
· Perform general maintenance of farm equipment and work around the shop. Applicants with higher mechanical ability would be a major asset.
· Odd jobs during slower periods such as mowing, yard spraying, etc.
Qualifications:
· Ideally 3-5 years of production agriculture experience, but would train the right applicant.
· Post-secondary education in an agricultural or mechanical field is an asset but not required.
· Willing to work long hours during planting and harvest seasons. Outside of those seasons the hours are more standard and flexible.
· Demonstrate general knowledge of agronomic practices as well as willingness to learn.
· Knowledge of mechanical operation of agricultural equipment, including general maintenance and repair.
· Ability to work, communicate, and problem-solve as a team.
· Class 5 drivers license required. Class 1 a major asset. Could send the right individual for training.
· Driven personality, positive attitude, with desire to succeed as a team.

This includes the designing, engineering, fabrication, and packaging, and servicing of a wide range of pressure vessels, pipe spooling, structural skids, and cargo transports; and service of trucks and transports, natural resources (oil, natural gas, and mining), propane distribution, power generation and cryogenic industries across Canada. We currently have an opening for: (1) Assembler (Service Technician) Permanent Full Time Duties and Responsibilities: Some duties to include but willing to train the right individual . The successful candidate needs to be knowledgeable about Electrical wiring installations, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. . Must be able to complete documents pertaining to the inspection program . Willingness to learn new skills pipefitting and inspections related to pressure vessels, both transport and storage. . Field service work is required (experience with NH3 and LPG equipment an asset). This is an hourly paid position based on experience with the opportunity for overtime. We provide a clean safe work environment with an excellent benefit package. Qualifications: Training will be provided by Maxfield if needed. . Current Overhead Crane, Forklift, Fall Protection and First Aid training is an asset. .
