Swansfleet is looking to add a farm equipment operator to our team. The main focus of this position is operating modern farm equipment efficiently and safely during the growing season. Off-seasons duties can include equipment maintenance and trucking. This position can start any time before April.
We have a great work environment and operate well-maintained modern equipment. Working some long hours in spring and fall is required but hours are flexible in the off-season. Benefits include flexible medical allowance and opportunity to earn 1.25x overtime pay on weekdays after 5 pm and all-day on weekends. Class 1 license is an asset but we will train the right person. Starting wage ranges from $24 to $32 per hour depending on skill, experience and willingness to take on responsibility. Housing is also available for the right person.

We are looking for Sales Representatives to support consumer and business, outbound sales programs for commercial clients.
