I am the 3rd owner I have the original bill of sale. This boat has low moisture everywhere. The swim platform does have high moisture but it is not attached to the haul. The boat was not used as a cottage or driven. It’s like new inside all ome. In 2022 we had the carburetors rebuilt wires rotors caps electronic ignitions spark plugs batteries windless and chain and 300ft line Navigation SV95 Navionics new platform led 12 v lights marine hot water tank heats water when you drive or plugged in to 120 shore power. Twin 350 Crusader engines approx 420hours All new flooring drapes radio speakers flybridge also radio speakers, rebuilt hydraulic bridge 2 staterooms with doors lots of teak steering ome taps and drains kitchen both bathrooms boat bottom painted and cut and polished boat Yamaha EF3000ISE electric start. 2 places to drive from 2 bathrooms showrooms sinks toilets new electric toilet forward lots of storage. Easy on gas she is in a covered slip on lake Simcoe paid for the rest of the summer and haul out and winter storage all paid for. The boat need the piece of top that attaches the front to the back. ALL new windows in the top. Starts like brand new and runs perfectly. We put over 150 hours of great running. We bought the seasonal lock passes and mooring package. 2022,23,24. Why not give yourself something you’ve always wanted — sailing lessons for next summer? Young or old the Port Dover Yacht Club’s Sailing School offers classes for all ages by well qualified instructors certified by Sail Canada.
Interested in purchasing a sail boat or just getting out on the water? Sailing lessons for next summer is the safest and best way to start sailing. It's also a great and unique gift idea.

Adults: Courses are conducted over two consecutive weekends and are offered all season long. Approximately 30 hours of instruction occurs on our 27-ft keelboat at a cost of $700 + HST.
Youth Program: Courses for youth aged 8 – 16 are offered weekly, Monday to Friday from 9 am–4 pm, on smaller boats called dinghies. These courses are for all levels of ability from total beginners to more experienced sailors. All instructors and courses are certified by Sail Canada. Cost is $295 + HST for 1 week and $540 + HST for 2 weeks.
There are opportunities to compete during dinghy racing nights on Tuesdays for students age 13 – 18. Cost is $125 and includes a fabulous T-shirt. Our teams also compete in sailing regattas around Ontario.
Trial Program: If you’re not sure if sailing is for you and don’t want to commit to a full course, you can just give it a try during our Discover Sail program for $109.99. This is available for both adults (2 Thursday evenings) and students (2 days). There is no certification with this trial program.
