Who are you? You are a Sales Representative who delivers exceptional client experience and has a solid background in wholesale produce sales of agricultural products. You are a self-starter, a great listener and communicator, and you’re looking for an opportunity to join a team of the large broccoli farm to manage their established Canadian and select American accounts. What you will be doing As a Sales Representative you will be reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working with existing Canadian and American clients, prospecting, developing leads, managing wholesales produce sale cycles, and managing their established accounts. Practically speaking you will: * Be responsible for all duties of Sales Representative for company’s established Canadian, and select American accounts from May 1st to December 15th annually* Regularly check in with all customers, including managing accounts and conflict resolution* Scouting for pricing on a regular basis* Scouting for new accounts* Assisting with Accounts Receivable* Setting up deliveries with the Shipping Clerk* Perform other duties as required* Some travel will be required. The Details This is a full-time permanent position based in Burford, ON working on a hybrid work schedule with an extensive work activity starting from May 1st to December 15th annually. Qualifications: * 10+ years of wholesale produce sales experience of farm produce ( production of agricultural products, products grown)* Sales experience in the US market is preferable* Previous office administrative experience* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail* Excellent organizational, communication, time management and customer skills are essential* Problem solving and multi-tasking skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines* Action-oriented, flexible, approachable, and dedicated* Attention to detail necessary* Clean criminal background check required How to Apply: We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
