For the length of the guardianship – you are the emotional owner, and we are the legal owner to the dog and any puppies the dog produces. This requires you to provide a loving home for the dog and commit to delivering high quality veterinary care at an approved veterinarian office, feeding them a high quality dog food chosen by us, training it in basic commands, providing sufficient physical and mental stimulation, and making them available to us for health testing and breeding purposes. A guardianship contract will be prepared that clearly outlines each party’s responsibilities and commitments. We will need access to the dog to carry out health tests, various bloodwork, ultrasounds, X-rays and breeding.
RETIREMENT – YOUR FOREVER FAMILY PET
Once our female dog has had her last litter or our male dog turns eight, the co-ownership ends: the dog will be spayed or neutered at our expense, and then the ownership is signed over to you.

One beautiful, well-tempered, mannerly, and affectionate (Red Heeler) Australian Cattle Dog puppy, who was born on October 15, 2023, is available to be welcomed into her new home. She can purchased for $850.00. Reasonable offers will be considered. Cash and E-Transfers are accepted.
Her father is a Red Heeler, who stands 21" at the shoulder; and her mother, a Blue Heeler, who stands 17" at the shoulder.
Ryleigh likely will be a petite to mid-sized Heeler. She is being raised within our home, where she is lovingly and attentively being nurtured and cared for. She has been handled daily since birth, therefore is hand-friendly. She is a tender-hearted puppy, who loves to snuggle, and appreciates interaction with her people. She promises to be a loving, affectionate, obedient companion. Ryleigh is adventuresome and likes to explore the world around her. She mostly plays within the home, where she is being introduced to basic training, but she also has supervised outdoor play times several times per day. When outside with her older half-sister, she eagerly joins in running fast when playing fetch without making the game a contest. She has been introduced to a harness & lead when outdoors, but usually runs and plays without them. She has been introduced to an electronic training collar, and is partially crate trained. Ryleigh is also used to going in the car and travels well.
She is paper-trained, which will facilitate house-breaking when she transitions to her new home. Efforts are being made to house break her.
Australian Cattle Dogs are medium-sized, sturdily-built working dogs that were bred to herd cattle, therefore they are intelligent, alert, robust, agile, and have great stamina. At the same time, these dogs are devoted, loyal, affectionate, and snuggly pets that are eager to please their people. They are great interactive, playful companions. They love being part of family activities and make an excellent addition to the right home, where they easily become a treasured friend.
Ryleigh has been vet checked, is healthy, has received her first vaccination, and has been dewormed. The cost for the vet care, while she is in our home, is included in our asking price.

We are looking to rehome our fun loving big guy Dodge, he is Mastiff, Presa Canario, Black mouthed Cur, German Shepherd. He is an amazing loveable dog who loves all kids and does well with other dogs, cats hes playful with but would take time with his size, hes a big lug at 93lbs. Hes had his first shots and been vet checked twice. He is not fixed.
He has mild Epilepsy seconds- 1 min during sleep a handful of times and is on medication to help every 12 hrs at the cost of $51 per month, he's a healthy very happy kooky pup. He listens very very well, has never shown aggression ever, is crate trained at night and is house trained. He does love to eat your socks so youd have to keep them up.
We are sadly no longer able to keep him due to unforeseen circumstances and want him to go to a loving home asap. He will be yours or your kids best friend! Youll love his adorable wrinkled face, everyone adores him and cant get over how good he is!
He is on the kibble Wellness, eats 2 1/4 cups at breakfast and dinner and loves carrots for treats. He will come with his XXL kennel, bed, toys, sweater coat and leash/collar. Also have baby gates if needed.
Hes an amazing dog that you'll love, no doubt, its hard to have to let him go but im really praying someone else will love him like we do and spoil him as he deserves!

My partner and I are seperating and we are looking to temporarily or permentantly (if he ends up happy in his new home) re home our pure breed Great Dane while we sort out our living situations. He is 3 years old; he is huge 170 lbs 7 ft tall. And a gentle giants. He sleeps about 20 hours of the day. And is super cuddley. I do not recommend him going with very young children tho bc he can get spooked and scared and reactive as Great Danes do. We have three young children who he is used to.

These Puppies were born on February 2, 2024 and will be
ready to go to their new forever homes on March 30, 2024. They have been raised inside a loving home with Mom and Aunt on site. They have been well socialized with other dogs and people.
Mom and Dad are both purebred short smooth hair Miniature Dachshunds and are in excellent health. Mom weighs 13lbs and dad is 10 lbs. They both have great personalities. This breed LOVES to be cuddled and are definitely lap dogs. Their favourite thing to do is to go for a walk everyday.

We have 4 males.. They come vet checked, first shots, dewormed and with a puppy care package to help them transition into their new home. Price update- New litter arrived early!!! Thelma is a red Merle American Pembroke Corgi. Parents are health tested and imported from an established breeder in the Southern States. Proven and health tested bloodlines, they are NOT a mixed breed, to be confused with Cowboy Corgis.
The Merle colouring is highly sought after, and less common amongst the locally available Pembroke Corgis. No the cardi in the picture is not the dad. He’s my senior pet.
Due to no flaws or faults of her own, purchaser backed out, sadly.
