1997 horse trailer, 2 horse straight load, bumper pull

1 rust spot, last photo, and a couple lights need to be replaced to pass a safety.
Tires almost new, wood floor boards almost new. They were both replaced and then did the drive from Ontario to NS 2 years ago and the trailer hasn't been used since.

Starting in May, I will have room for one horse on my oceanfront homestead. The horses on my farm are kept in a natural outdoor setting with freedom of movement and access to three sided , well built shelters. They have access to good quality hay 24/7 - Grain and supplements, as well as medications will be fed as needed, but are the owner’s expense. I have extensive experience in horse care, especially for senior or special needs horses.
My farrier visits every 8 weeks.
This would be the ideal setting for someone who is mostly interested in trail riding. There is good riding /driving terrain right from the barn but no arena.
