I have a cleared section of land next to my house suitable for an RV or camper trailer available to rent on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. There is a new, double-wide driveway just put in for a large access point to the main road which leads to a boat launch on the coast just 30 seconds away. Hello! I am looking for a studio/one-bedroom apartment for August or September. I will be starting the NRET program at the NSCC in Bridgewater, so I'm looking for a spot right around there, in Lunenburg, or even Chester. I don't mind a bit of a drive, especially if it affords me more of a nature setting.
I'm male, 23 years old, and have a well-trained, neutered, one-year-old cat. I have a job lined up in Bridgewater, but will also have access to student loans. I do not smoke, vape, or party. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle, and I am looking for a place that meshes with that well.
I can also provide references, as I have lived in apartments in Toronto and Cape Breton for periods of time. If needed, I have someone who will co-sign a lease with me.
As a side note, I would also consider renting a cabin, even if it doesn't have a well or septic.
