However, it's fully self-contained enough that you have your own private living space to stay in.

The apartment room is large enough that the extra space can be used for storage or as a study or separate room, such as for a small bedroom/sleeping area and then use the main part as your living room. Fully furnished and ready to move in. Just bring your clothes!
