Room rental with horse board *
Description
Room for rent in a small 2 bedroom house 10 minute drive to bridgewater. I would Prefer a female room mate as I am an early 30s female, there is a small hypoallergenic dog. Open to pets depending on the pet. Parking available for one vehicle. Room is currently not furnished but a bed can be supplied if needed. The bathroom is shared along with living-room and kitchen. Rent includes power, heat, water, wifi. $800/ month
Monthly lease
*Pasture board for a horse also available for 300$ / month extra per horse. You would suppy your own hay and any care taking.
The pasture is roughly 4 acres and would be shared with other animals (calves, mini donkey & 2 other horses). In the process of putting in new fencing and building a shelter which should be competed by the end of April.
The property boarders a dirt road on one side and is near many areas to go trail riding.
I have another 5 acre area I can fence off if more space is needed.
Non smoker, no parties, no guests (unless agreed upon)
