The flow pattern of the brazed heat exchanger is similar to any other plate heat exchanger. The compressed plate pack creates a continuous series of channels. The plate and porthole arrangements permit the two heat-transfer media to travel in alternate channels in a counter flow manner.

On RECONDITIONED diesel units we go through and replace the following so you won't have any issues: clear fuel lines, new nozzle, new filter, new high temp safety switch, new adjustable fan switch, new protective controller cover(frost fighter). If we see any electrode wear then the electrodes are replaced with new ones. Flagro units also get new tank grommets. Frost Fighters have ignition strength tested and ignition replaced if it is not at its peak. Fuel pressure is precisely set and air fuel mixture precisely calibrated with proper instrumentation. Fuel gauges working or replaced with new ones. Running great and ready to go.
