This table has a 330 Lb weight safety rating but we only allow up to 280 Lbs maximum as your own body weight can cause discomfort or Injury even with us having the heavier foam rollers and rubber heel supports, it is also for liability reasons and if over this weight talk to your Doctor or Chiropractor about other options.

You may have seen info on using an inversion table hanging upside down for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, this is not true as you only need to hang fully inverted upside down for 30 to 60 seconds at a time to get the full benefits of inversion recommended by top Chiropractors. I own a Luxor Health LH-1 inversion table. Assembly was very straightforward. It took me about 30 minutes including unboxing and cleaning up. There were no missing parts and everything fit together perfectly. I used a socket set of my own which made it easier than with the supplied wrench. This is a beautiful machine with a very robust frame. It sits solid without any wiggle throughout its full range. It is very comfortable and the balance is easy to set for your size and weight. After looking and comparing for 6 months, I found the Luxor Health LH-1 a few days after it was available on the web site. Because I have nerve damage to one foot I was drawn to the ankle securing mechanism, and could see by the upgrades that the people at luxor had been there and done that. Two additional things are that it is a fold up to almost flat against the wall and there is a vibrating/heat cushion that comes with the LH1. I am more than happy with my purchase, from easy assembly that gives you confidence as you see how this unit is built, to easy use. Now I use it twice a day.

We set up the inversion table a couple days ago and have had a few tries on it. First thing I noticed is that it's rock solid. I sure feel safe on it. The foot restraint works great, it's solid and holds well plus it is easy to adjust. The back vibrator sure gets the lumbar spine loose. The entire system works very well.
My first friend saw it and could not believe its beefy nature and enjoyed her turn. Since it's my girlfriend she won't be buying one. :-( But when my buddies come over they will be purchasing.
It's totally worth the cost and far superior to any other inversion table I have ever used before.
