This Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited has received regular maintenance. The 3.6L V6 engine is very fuel efficient. The odometer reads 211, 711. It is fully loaded! There are new 20-inch Sumitomo Ice Edge winter tires on it right now. It also has 20-inch alloy wheels with Nitto NT421Q summer tires with approximately two seasons left on them. The front breaks are at 80% and the back brakes are at 60%.

Selling my Cherokee in preparation of a big move.
A lot of work has gone into her in the last year
new exhaust and hangers from the crossover back. No catalytic converter.
Completely rebuilt front end , balljoints and new front drive shaft assembly. All I haven't done is the shocks, coils and pitman arm as the mechanic didn't advise it at the time. I have receipts for everything and we have put close to 7grand in parts and labor into the exhaust, Steering/track bar, tie rods , bushings ect and rear brakes are fully rebuilt
The Jeep has a modest 4" lift and came that way when we bought it. I replaced one rear shackle and the other seemed good to go.
I am going to be doing the front brake pads shortly and the discs are fine.
Rear main seal was done 6 months ago along with a new oil pump, felpro silicon gasket on the oil pan. She doesn't leak a drop of oil underneath. On top she also has a felpro gasket on the valve cover .
What else..... no stereo but I have an older system I could install if you are into such things hehe amps, crossovers, subs all that stuff.
Tires are a couple years old now and are 31" approx BFG KTO2 snow rated 10ply all terrains. I have receipts for those too. They still have some good life to them. This cherokee is an 89 and has Select Trax 4x4 which functions as it should. All wheel drive setting for loose surfaces and rain/slippery roads and the standard 4hi/4lo settings.
Interior is pretty good for an 89 and really needs nothing. Back seat has been stored inside as I don't use it and it's always folded down. I don't drive much as I am disabled and don't drive to a job and back every day so the vehicle sees only a few thousand KM every year driving locally fishing and hunting and occasional highway trips. She is a good balance between on road and off. I also just had a Class III/IV trailer hitch installed and that was another 500 after labor.
So we have close to 9grand into this girl over the last year and a have. Of course there are some things to address but if you are looking for a solid overlander cherokee that just needs a bit more work for the long haul..... a roof rack a winch, a rear tire carrier and maybe a rebuilt 4.0 and this one is ready to last another decade or more.
She runs good, drives great and everything works for the most part (no power in the power seats though)Not into trades except maybe for a decent condition jeep YJ plus cash otherwise our price is firm. There are fewer and fewer of these XJ's out there and this one is worth it

Previous owner just furbished it with new Michelin Pilot Sport tires and four wheel alignment completed March 2023, Timing belt, accessory belt and water pump replaced March of 2022 at 144,218kms through Lexus of Victoria. (Receipted). Both front and rear friction coming in at 5mm with no pulsation in braking system. No evidence of any fluid loss. Hard top convertible operation is smooth with no alignment issues. Aftermarket reverse camera and alarm system not permanently affixed and easily removed if you choose to do so. There are the typical trim issues of the ashtray cover armature not holding cover closed and console cup holder binding. Power mirrors intermittently binding and power antenna mast inoperative (not affecting reception). Plenty of literature on these items online. Great condition, excellent mileage and $3500 worth of tires and mechanical maintenance all within the last 4500kms.
