Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a casual dining restaurant chain that serves a variety of craveable, high-quality gourmet burgers with Bottomless Streak Fries TM as well as salads, sandwiches, entrees, and soups.
They are looking to hire a full-time restaurant manager as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure the loyalty of our guests and profit maximization. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at the ground level on our venture forward.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a part of the leadership team, the restaurant manager is responsible for:
• Plan, evaluate, and manage day to day operations of the restaurant (primarily Front of House while supporting Heart of House)
• Determine and implement proper operational procedures in specific services offered
• Hiring staff, setting schedules, overseeing staff training, and monitoring staff performance
• Schedule, plan, forecast, and drive sales while being a champion of culture & bottomless fun
• Prepare reports and analyze metrics to identify opportunities and act promptly to correct
• Keep track of inventory, monitor revenues and adhere to company cash handling and payment processing procedures
• Initiate service recovery, resolve customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Be driven to optimize profits and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Leverage and adhere to all company standards and policies including the code of conduct, attendance, uniform and appearance policy
• Use of various feedback tools to develop and implement plans for continuous service improvement
• Emphasize safety, sanitation and security awareness of team members
• Keep the best practices of company and brand equity standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization
Employment Requirements:
• Management degree or college diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service sector including supervisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain before the employment start date
