- Responsible for the product design of strategy games, including gameplay design and system function design.
- Be able to come up with new mobile game ideas quickly and delineate details for effective execution.
- Analyze existing genre-specific and broader market best practices to make recommendations for game teams & incubation pitches.
- Contribute new design ideas on ways to engage players and collaborate with the team on feature roadmaps.
- Take shared responsibility for the game’s overall design vision and ensure that the whole development team shares this collective vision.

Responsibilities
-Fully participates in activities that support the team’s delivery and continuous improvement through assisting other roles with their work, mentoring and promoting a respectful and collaborative culture
-Design, develop, and troubleshoot Automate Desktop to automate tasks
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and 3-6 years of equivalent work experience in IT.
-Experience in leading the development cycle (design, develop, integrate, test, prototype).
-Experience using agile and DevOps tools, techniques and processes.
-Experience participating in all activities that support team delivery.
-Ability to work with medium complexity and integrated environments.
-3-6 years of direct hands-on work experience with at least 4 years of agile/DeVops experience.
-Experience with Microsoft Stack with technologies and frameworks like .Net, C#, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, Angular 6 and up, HTML, CSS, XUnit, NUnit, Entity Framework, TDD, Regis Cache, Git. Exposure to microservices is preferred
-Able to design, develop, troubleshoot and evaluate automated solutions using Power Automate designer
-Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
-Experience with how to build Attended and Unattended RPAs
-Experience with how to work with system flows, control flows, mimic mouse actions as well as manipulate text, date, and time
-Experience building out cloud flows
-Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite of tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse)
-Knowledge of and experience with working with different connectors in the Microsoft Power Platform
-Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or willingness to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work
