Our Cobble Hill (Vancouver Island) herd has been selected and bred with marketable qualities such as length and growth rate in mind, with an emphasis on pasture pork genetic. All of our adult breeding stock met or exceeded our growth rate goal of 200lbs by 12 months old. Each of our breeders have also received their IKHR pork panel genetic report.
Our main focus is pork production but we also sell a few select pigs for breeding each year, and many more to homesteaders who wish to process their own meat. I do my own for our personal consumption and they are a nice size for me to work with.
We offer purebred kunekune meat pigs ranging from freshly weaned to larger grow outs. Freshly-weaned meat piglets (barrows) are $300 each (or $250 each for a group of four or more) and older grow-outs are $5/lb live weight. Intact breeding stock are more expensive and a range of prices can be found on our website.
We love Kunekune because of their docile personalities, their ability to graze on pasture, and their dark red delicious meat. Since they are disinclined to root, ours live in amongst our orchard and vineyard. They keep our land rotationally grazed and fertilize as they go. They are a welcome part of our long-term subsistence farming strategy.
We raise a genetically diverse herd that is carefully monitored for health, regularly dewormed, and vaccinated. The breeding stock we offer represents the best of our breeding program. The majority of our stock is harvested to feed our family and community or sold as companions with breeding stock.
All our Kunekune are registered with International Kunekune Hog Registry (IKHR) and are double registered with the American Kune Kune Pig Society (AKKPS). Mature hogs pictured are part of our breeding program and have litters on the ground or planned litters.

We are moving in the summer and sadly not to a farm so we are selling are sweet little fainting goat herd: Buttercup, Bubbles, Blossom, and Mojo Jojo. 3 females, 1 male.
They will all be one in the spring. They are very friendly, they love to lounge with us by the pool.
The females have horns, the male does not (cut before I purchased). The brown females were bottle fed and are always the most loved by guests because their love for all people.
None are fixed, male is not related and can mate with the females

Babydolls are miniature smiling sheep. We have carefully chosen our breeding stock and have some of the shortest ones around. Our ram was only 22” tall and their mom Clover was a short 21”. Clover was exceptional in how dark her fleece was. Most ‘black’ Babydolls lighten quickly to grey or brown, Clover has stayed very dark. These lambs are the same, they look reddish brown because they are sun bleached but underneath they are black. It makes for a spectacular fleece and the wool is so soft.

About the Valais Blacknose sheep Valais Blacknose sheep are best known as the Cutest Sheep in the World. They are new to Canada and being bred up to purebred, there are a few purebreds imported as frozen embryos in Canada. Valais sheep are incredibly friendly and often described as dog-like with their people loving personalities. Ours are also very trainable and we are teaching Annie (Valais x Babydoll) how to do tricks like a dog, she quickly learned how to walk on a lead and is learning how to spin and go over ramps and the teeter-totter. Valais Blacknose have amazing wool and can be sheared twice a year yielding 6 – 8” long, soft, lustrous fleece. We carefully chose our ewes for friendly, easy going personalities over the wilder but closer in colour Scottish Blackface sheep that others are using to breed up with and this is paying off with in your pocket lambs.

I have breeding stock to sell! Perfect if you are wanting to start up with English Angoras. I have a lilac buck Gimli, chocolate doe Mocha, and black torte doe Aphrodite jr. All three are proven and pedigreed. I have loved raising and breeding English Angoras, several of their offspring have done well in shows, but with three children under five and many other farm animals it is becoming too much up keep for myself. Would really prefer to sell them all together. $500 or trade for pure bred pedigreed meat rabbits.
If you are interested in one or two as pets only I have one chocolate torte doe and one harlequin buck.

Cash is a 4 year old, he was our first and only bull for 2 breeding seasons, we will continue to use him on our older cows till he finds a new home. Cash is a quiet bull that gets the job done. I have baby 3/4 Ragdolls that are litter trained and on solid food. Bluepoint and sealpoint boys and girls.

I’m looking to find a forever home for my domestic long haired female cat. She’s 2 y/o, very sweet, friendly and affectionate. She gets along well with dogs, loves to cuddle, get pets, and just be in the presents of her people. She’s been an indoor cat since I got her as a kitten and she is spayed and chipped.
I hate to rehome her but my male cat is beating her up constantly and I’ve tried everything to get it to stop. She deserves to be happy and she just isn’t in this house.

Picasso is a lovely male poodle. He is 14 inches tall. . He loves attention, has started obedience class. He is 8 months old. UTD on vaccines, worming. He is not neutered at this time. Why he never sold as a puppy ,I don't know. He has a lovely temperament. Can be a bit nervous meeting new dogs, but adjusts very quickly.

We unfortunately just don’t have the time like we thought we would for a new pup. He’s around 9 weeks old and is a coon hound mix.
He’s about half way potty trained and comes with a huge indoor outdoor pen and all his toys+collar extra.
We’d like him to go to a home that can give him lots of time outside and lots and lots of love:)

Cavaliers have often been called the friendliest dog breed. Their sunny disposition with constantly wagging tail and gentle disposition make them family favorites
They were the pets of royalty and although they love to cuddle on the couch they are quite happy to go on hikes and do well in agility.

These pups will mature at 18 pounds and be 14 - 16 inches tall. Their silky coat will require weekly brushing as they will shed
The pups will be health checked and get their first vaccine on Feb 23 and can leave home after that.
They have been wormed twice and will be done a third time before they leave. The parents have been DNA tested pure cavalier.
They will come with one month free health care from Trupanion and a puppy pack to help them transition to their new home.

2 SHIH TZU Moms (Pumpkin and Licorice) were bred with a CKC Registered YORKIE Male Stud (Romeo). We have 2 litters of (4) each, born 5 days apart and raised together as one family by both Moms. These little gems are: Vet Checked, Vaccinated, Dewormed and Microchipped for Life. They are Trained to go Pee Pee on Command/Request as well as trained to come to the Whistle. Dew claws removed. There was (5) Females and (3) Males. We HAD (3) Black and Tan (2 Males and 1 Female SOLD); (2) Silver (1 Medium Size Male and 1 Small Female); (1) Small Black Female; (1) Small Black Female with White Bib; (1) Medium Size Copper/Red Female remaining. All (5) Females are on the Pink Blanket. All (3) Males are on the Blue Blanket. The Handsome Pewter-Colour Male with the Velvet-Back Ears is the Only Male remaining. Bert is a 2 year old registered, intact male German Shepherd. He is a proven breeder with a successful litter last year. He is a big boy, over 100 lbs with stunning dark features. He is a very low drive shepherd. He is happy to relax around the house or go out for a leisurely walk. He is very calm in the house, he’s crate trained, never has accidents indoors. He is absolutely fantastic in the vehicle, great on leash, has good recall off leash. He is the most gentle boy ever, he’s very loving and cuddly to his people and very gentle and kind to other dogs he knows. He shares toys and food with our chihuahua and is so careful and kind. He’s great with kids as well. As an intact male he can be vocal towards other dogs while on leash, however after proper introductions he’s very playful and kind. It’s just something to be aware of out walking as abrupt on leash interactions are not ideal. Otherwise he has no bad traits. This will likely improve after neutering however I’m potentially offering breeding rights on him otherwise he can be neutered before sale or sold on a neuter contract. This special boy is offered to an approved home only.

These precious gems are looking for their furever homes! 2 males and 2 females. They've been vet checked, dewormed and first shots are done. Currently working on house training.
