My Fiance and I are looking for a roommate to join us in our newly renovated 4 bed 4 bath home! This is our first year in our home and it has been renovated from top to bottom. Our home offers a newly renovated kitchen, flooring, windows, paint, heat pump, and bathrooms. Our property sits on a quiet half-acre in the heart of Langford. We are located at the base of Mill Hill, one block from the millstream overpass which makes commuting easy. Being a bock away from the overpass, we find commuting into town, Langford, or Sooke extremely convenient.
The room measures 17' x 12' and has an ensuite bathroom. It has a built-in closet organizer, natural light, and vaulted cedar ceilings. There is a full crawl space for storage as the rest of the home is furnished. There is plenty of parking on the property.
We have spent most of this year making this house a home and would love to be able to share it with someone! We are both working professionals and would like to find someone like-minded. My partner works out of town 3 days a week and I am working at a clinic 5 days a week. If you are looking for a quiet place to work from home look no further! FYI we do have 2 cats (Boo & Ghost) and an elderly lap dog. All our pets are hypoallergenic as my partner is allergic. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider any pets at this time.
