The room has a single bed, dresser, study table, etc, and the entire suite is furnished. The kitchen has all the pots/pans, dishes etc. required. You just need to take care of your own groceries, toiletries and cleaning supplies. The rent is $1250/month including all utilities $625 deposit to hold the room. The suite has a full access to big backyard. Parking is available on street. Safe neighbourhood/school area. No pet/no smoking allowed no parties. This bedroom is for single occupancy only so no couples please.
