I'm a quiet woman in my 50's, health oriented (have been working on eating whole food plant based diet) & most of all a Christian believer/lover of Jesus! Your age is irrelevant, but hoping for the rest. Actually however you eat is fine with me, it won't tempt me, haha, I guess I'm trying to say it would be awesome if you're a woman of faith too, though it would be ok if you believe otherwise, as long as there's mutual respect.
I'm also NOT vaxxed & would prefer it if you aren't either, though it's not a deal-breaker if you are.I'm home lots, so prefer someone working at least part time.
My apartment is full, so basically it'll be for the one bedroom, though of course you'll have cupboard/fridge space, room in the linen closet, room for your stuff in the bathroom & a place to hang your towel.There's a double bed, a tall corner shelf, a bedside table, big dresser & a double closet.
No overnight guests, though family from far away may work once in awhile. No smoking, I'm allergic...& much as I would love to have one, no pets, so sorry, dogs aren't allowed & I'm allergic to cats, even though I love 'em!
There's also a balcony, a laundrymat one floor down (yes, there's an elevator) & a parking space.
Located on Tranquille & Valhalla, one block past 13th. Bus stops to & from are right outside the door.
The apartment's on the 2nd floor, one short walk down to the exit, we're right at the end of the hall by the stairs to go out to the guest parking.
Nice thicker blinds on the window. Your room gets sunshine 'til about noon.Rent is $595 & includes hydro & internet. I shut off the WIFI about 11 when I go to bed & can turn it back on when I get up, usually between 7:30 & 8 or so, occasionally earlier or a bit later, depending on how I slept.
