First year of use for new owners will be 2021.You will have to find & pay for your own closing company. They charge around $ 580 US depending on the company & how much you want them to look into. For those that enjoy winter scenery, the cabin and property are ideal. There are nice trails that are groomed for outdoor activities (i.e. skiing and snow shoeing). For snowmobilers, the trails can also lead to small towns, and even lakes for ice fishing.

It is a privilege for us to be able to rent our condo in this building. Our condo is located by the penthouse section, we ask for renters that will be respsectful of our condo and the property. This is not a party place and we do not want to loose our renting privileges.
Failure to comply with rules will be reported and may result in eviction and loss of damage deposit. We have many happy, satisfied return renters that we are happy to accept back.
