What you will love about this home:
Ours is a comfortable home with mountain views. Each building has a pool and hot tub (6 of
each in total) and you have free use of all of them. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in
each building. Our place has one bedroom with queen sized bed and so is ideally suited to two
guests. However, if you wish, there is an air mattress available for your use in the event that
you have overnight guests or children. We have a well-appointed kitchen for your cooking
needs. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
What you will love about this neighbourhood:
We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and
6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis
courts and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are
inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown
Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm
Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountains and throughout
the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area,
complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the
Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm
Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the
year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

We provide our guests an information package including maps, contact numbers, and some of
our favourite sights to see, things to do, and places to dine.
For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken
many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on
how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is hot in the summer, that's for certain!
However, beginning May, 2022, it is expected that the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway will be
offering summer passes. This is a good thing! Though the price has not yet been set, these
passes typically cost under $100 and half that for children. The tramway is literally down the
street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios,
then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities
offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we
might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are
beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes
numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as the Farmer's Market - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in
mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and
San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a
beautiful mountain village within an hours drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer
we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting
attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land,
and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home
base to explore the area.

Picturesque lot with upscale 2019 Solitude 5th wheel in the gated community of Outdoor Resort located in Cathedral City (Palm Springs). Just steps away from one of seven satellite pools/hot tubs and tennis court and a three acre citrus orchard ready for the picking. Our lot features palm trees, a lemon, orange, red grapefruit, tangerine and lime trees and is set among panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The resort has two large clubhouses with full size pools, hot tubs, restaurant and bar, tennis and pickle ball courts, world class fitness facility, social activities and an executive 18 hole par 3 golf.
Our 2019 Solitude 5th wheel trailer features two bedrooms. A master suite with King Bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom with pull out couch, and multiple bunks with a bathroom and private entrance. Main room features an open kitchen, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy seats, and entertainment centre and built in inside and outside speaker system, dining table and Kitchen Island. Outside on the trailer is a built- in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.
Our lot and trailer are now available for the snowbird season; from January 1 2026 to April 30 2026. We give first consideration to those guests looking for a long term rental over the winter season. Strictly non-smoking rental.

The Orange Lake Resort is a beautiful resort in Kissimmee. Has two bedrooms two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a beautiful en suite. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the living room has a queen size pullout couch. The unit sleeps eight. You could always put an air mattress down in either the master bedroom or the living room if you need to sleep more as both rooms are very large. There is another bathroom, in condo washer & dryer. Everything you need is there.
