Ensure maintenance request forms are dealt with diligently and in a timely manner
Supervise trades and suppliers and coordinate all service and repairs relating to building related equipment
Respond to all building emergencies in a timely manner

Remove any old appliances and strip for parts as needed and directed

Daily inspections of the property grounds
Your qualifications must include:Minimum 2 Years in Property Management in a mid to high-rise apartment building

What you will be doing:
- Advise patients on health care
- Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication

- Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred
