I am looking for a person who can help me clean my bachelor apartment (this can be done in 1 to 2 hours), and help me peel and cut vegetables so that I can easily cook my own meals (this can be done in 1 to 2 hours).I can pay $20 per hour for housework, and $10 gas allowance for each visit.

I am looking for an accommodation for just myself 1 person and long-term. I am super clean and I have references for you. I am trying to get out of maple ridge and closer to my family. I can afford a total of 1,600 a month. I have an indoor neutered black cat, he's a very sweet good boy! I will attach a photo. I am hoping to find someone to work with me as I receive rent subsidy each month from aunt Leah's place, I pay the remaining amount to you. It is ongoing, I also recieve PWD permanent assistance so rent is definitely ontime and guaranteed. No vehicle, I use transit and don't have my license so no worries there! No shared please. I am praying that I find something soon, been looking for awhile and my fingers are crossed something comes along. Not picky.
