I can afford a total of 1,600 a month. I have an indoor neutered black cat, he's a very sweet good boy! I will attach a photo. I am hoping to find someone to work with me as I receive rent subsidy each month from aunt Leah's place, I pay the remaining amount to you. It is ongoing, I also recieve PWD permanent assistance so rent is definitely ontime and guaranteed. No vehicle, I use transit and don't have my license so no worries there! No shared please. I am praying that I find something soon, been looking for awhile and my fingers are crossed something comes along. Not picky.
