HIRING: Exterior Rope Access Technicians
We are currently looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Exterior Rope Access Technicians. If you enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable at heights, and want consistent hours.
♂️ Job Description
As a Rope Access Technician, you will perform exterior building maintenance using rope access systems. Work includes high-rise and low-rise buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform exterior cleaning (windows, pressure washing, building facades)
Safely set up and use rope access equipment
Conduct inspections of ropes, harnesses, and safety gear before use
Follow all safety regulations and procedures at heights
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
Report any hazards, damages, or safety concerns immediately
✅ Requirements
Rope Access Certification (Level 1 preferred, training may be provided for the right candidate)
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Previous exterior cleaning or labour experience is an asset
