Hello, my name is Carlo and I am a literacy specialist teacher in my school district on the North Shore. Prior to this teaching role, I taught early primary, mainly Kindergarten for over 20 years. It was in Kindergarten where I was fortunate enough to have taught hundreds of 5 and 6 year-olds to learn to read. Now, in my current role, I help struggling children from K-7 to find a new path to reading.
If you’re a parent with a young child ready to learn to read, this program is for you. My son was reading prior to the age of 4. If your child is struggling in their primary or intermediate years, this program is for them. Wherever your child/children are in their journey to independent reading fluency, I can help them.
There are no miracle paths to reading, just a sound program grounded in phonics and daily intervention.
Individualized Program Features:
• phonological and phonemic awareness skills
