Outside Sales Rep - Southwestern Ontario
Our client is a leading supplier of a comprehensive range of industrial fasteners to the furniture industry and manufacturing sector. With almost 50 years in this industry, they have a wide array of products, including bolts, screws, nuts, washers, hex socket products, pins, rivets, bent wire products, and specialty items.
They are currently looking for an Outside Sales Rep to cover Southwestern Ontario (Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo).

Responsibilities
• Building relationships with key points of contact
• Prospecting new clients and presenting the solutions and products
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales
• Provide new leads and create new opportunities
• Work with both internal and external professionals in the creative development of marketing communications and sales promotion programs
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of B2B industrial sales exp - fastener experience is a huge asset
• Post-secondary Education – Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B sales, customer service, or technical sales
• Strategic thinker as well as a tactical executer
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, business acumen, and knowledge
• Exemplary relationship building, relationship management skills, ability to build trust with internal stakeholders and provide a positive influence
• Passion and drive for results
