2022 172 sport max. Pristine condition. Always garage kept and never spent a night in the water.
Has a 9.9 pro kicker (electric start/tilt)with controls that are the same as the ones on the large motor. Fuel system is tied into the main tank.
The 115 mercury pro xs is a 2023 as it had the original replaced under warranty. Very low hours on it.
Has a Garmin 9” touch fish finder. Comes with 2 cannon mag 10 electric downriggers on rotating bases, wired on plugs for easy removal, 4 down rigging rods, 2 weighs and releases.
I just put on a new minnkota 70lb ipilot trolling motor that has not been used. The only thing missing is the 2 batteries for it. I’ll put them on before it is sold.

2007 Maxum 18’ bowrider with 4.3 Mercruiser, trailer, Alpha 1 outdrive, planing fin, swim platform, stereo, power steering, walk-through bench seating, snap in carpets. 1986 Tanzer 26 Sloop Sailboat. I purchased Toy in May of 2025 and completed a number of upgrades before deciding to purchase a much larger boat in the Fall. This is a great sailboat if you are just starting out (or experienced!) and a particularly nice size for the Desolation Sound and Coast area.
Tanzer sailboats were very popular for many years and have a great reputation and community following. Parts and/or support are easy to obtain.
2004 Honda 9.9 outboard with electric start (recent service and runs excellent).
New bottom paint July 2025 as well as new Panther outboard motor mount. Honda outboard also serviced July 2025.
Boat interior is in excellent condition; recently refinished stairs and main areas of flooring. All cushions and seating are in excellent condition. Seating converts to a dinette and a nice sized double bed in main salon.
Upgraded 12 volt electrical system 2025 (new master switch box, terminal fuse block, new wiring). Starter battery in good condition, also have newer house battery, battery switch, and inverter that needs to be installed.
