I dont have a house or a trailer, but a 35 foot motorhome and eventually a 24 foot one. It is not a luxury apartment , but still better than a lot of emergency situations. It is hooked up to electric power, water, septic and ultra high speed available. You need to have a license, no bus service, except schoolbus.
I have started additional insulation. Comes with four flame kitchen stove, propane and electric heat. Shower nearby and toilet nearby. Fridge can be installed.
I am looking for a handy man, who loves to live in the country with access to water and ocean, 1 mio Dollar view from bedroom. Must be willing to compromises and to do some work. From there rent negotiable. I am preferably looking for someone who can and likes to work on cars. No drugs allowed. Pets negotiable. Must be able to communicate with me first via facebook.
