This redone inside motorhome is super comfortable and sleeps 6, it has everything you need to go camping, hunting or travel wherever your heart desires. This is a lightweight home on wheels. Includes all that you would expect from a full-size heavyweight.
You can pull this with a regular sedan because it only weighs 3000 lbs. The aerodynamics and proportions of this trailer make it a dream to pull and park. The size makes it very adaptable and easy to find spaces at the RV Parks. It's also a lot less expensive to transport on the BC Ferries!

We've decided to sell our food trailer after about 14 years of service. This u-built unit is spacious and functional for anything from large festivals to small event catering. It's been all around Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands and has never let us down. Well we have decided it's time to part with our baby.
We are the second owners from a very nice lady in Calgary
that lost her husband and couldn't travel anymore.
This 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow was a flagship motorhome
when it was released. It comes with everything and then some.
It is 37 feet long and has a very unique feature of
3 slides with the 2 biggest slides opposing each other making
the living area 12 feet across and 22 long. It has 47,800 KMS on it so quite
low mileage. Everything works all glass is 100% intact. We have many of the original bills and papers
and manuals plus the bill of sale for 181,000 dollars when it was new.
We replaced the fridge with a 4 door larger fridge done
by Adrians RV repair just recently. It has all fiberglass 1 piece roof with no leaks. The body is aluminum and
fiberglass so no rust anywhere or damage. It has 2 furnaces and 2 heatpump/air conditioners It has a very
powerful cell booster which turns 1 bar into 5 for both cell calls and data. We replaced the original microwave with the
identical Sharp one 1 yr ago. Which is a convection microwave with Sensory cook.
It has a large bathroom with full size shower. Also it has a built in Splendide washer/dryer which works excellent. All original carpeting. Linoleum in front of the kitchen area in mint condition.
The all leather seats and couch are a breeze to keep clean.
The couch is a pullout and the table folds down for more sleeping area.
2 years ago we replaced the fuel pump installed all Iridium spark plugs and Gorilla plug wires. It is powered by an 8.1 Chevy Vortec and it has 385 horsepower. With an Allison 6 speed transmission.
It has a couple scuff marks on the wood and seats from normal wear and tear
but its in mint condition. We traveled almost 20,000 kilometers in this unit
and loved every minute of it. I will offer the right customer a chance for a couple hours of notes and explanation of workings. We will entertain reasonable offers.

MÉLANGEUR THERMOSTATIQUE DE SÉCURITÉ ISOTEMP
Tous les réservoirs Isotemp sont livrés avec un mitigeur thermostatique de sécurité Isotemp qui protège les utilisateurs de l'eau bouillante. L'eau chauffée avec des échangeurs de chaleur à moteur peut être chauffée jusqu'à 190 degrés F ou plus, ce qui pourrait brûler ceux qui ne connaissent pas ce type de chauffe-eau. L'eau peut également être chauffée à plus de 160 degrés F avec l'élément chauffant électrique seul. En ajustant la vanne, le mitigeur thermostatique Isotemp mélange l'eau de votre réservoir d'eau froide avec l'eau chaude pour fournir la température souhaitée au robinet. Cette action de mélange accélère également le temps de récupération et prolonge le volume d'eau chaude que vous obtenez avec un réservoir compact.
CHAUFFE-EAU À CAPACITÉ OPTIMALE
Les chauffe-eau en acier inoxydable Isotemp SPA atteignent la plus grande capacité en optimisant la position de l'échangeur de chaleur à eau du moteur ainsi que de l'élément électrique. Ceux-ci sont positionnés dans la partie la plus basse du réservoir où l'eau est la plus froide afin d'assurer un chauffage égal de toute l'eau du réservoir.
