This Little Guy teardrop trailer is designed to deliver the maximum amount of fun in a compact package! This trailer can easily be towed by a small SUV or well-equipped crossover, and it is a tough trailer that offers 15in.in. premium tires, Azdel composite sidewalls, insulated dual-pane windows, an exterior entertainment center, and a friction-hinge entry door. Despite its compact size, this trailer still offers you a spacious interior living space with its 6' interior height. The refrigerator is astonishingly large at 5 cubic feet, so you can store a week's worth of groceries without breaking a sweat. You can even tack on an optional rear vertical stargazer window which allows you to bring more of the outdoors inside.

Great location with access to both Crow and Bobs Lake, this camper is near the camp’s pavilion and a short distance from the waterfront. Here you will find a great three season get away for fishing, swimming, boating and miles upon miles of shoreline to explore. It is a short drive away from Sharbot lake and Frontenac provincial parc which have plenty of outdoor activities for all ages.
Campground annual fees are paid to additional to the price of the camper and are about $4000/year; it includes sewer hookup, water and electricity.
The camper, add-on room and deck are for sale by its owner for $33,000. The camper is a 2005 Jayco Jay Feather model LGT 25Z; the add-on room is 10ftx24ft. All three are protected by a metal roof. The unit is fully furnished, in excellent condition and in full working order.
