The boat is moored in the inner harbour in Ucluelet.
To start with the not so good, the 2010 30hp Yanmar is seized which is the reason for the low price. Very much to my surprise as it has less than 700hrs on it! The engine might even be salvageable but I didn’t look into it.
She has some small leaks (Stantions) and delamination as well as she needs a bottom paint job.
On the good side she is a fantastic sailboat and potential liveaboard with lots of space (Sleeps and some incredible perks likeFull dodger/ cockpit cover

Located at Tall Timbers holiday park on Sproat Lake. We don’t know a lot about this trailer as it came on an estate sale lot we purchased and is not a suitable layout for our family. Apparently the slide in the rear living room is delaminated. This has only been used a couple times in the last few years, so it will need a good airing out, no mould that we could see, it won’t be a simple drive in drive out removal as it cannot be removed the same way it came in many years ago. $3500 OBO.
