Are you looking for a place to dump clean fill?
We can take large quantities of clean fill, top soil, wood chips, gravel, pit run or sand. Ideally the soil will have been tested and accompanied by the proper documentation.
Absolutely no garbage, no concrete, no bricks, no asphalt.
The dump site is on Fraserburg Road in Bracebridge and has easy, flat access for heavy trucks to turn around, back up and dump.
Please let us know the type of fill and how many loads you have.
We could also pick it up depending on the quantity and location but delivery would be ideal.

Hi everyone,
We use a lot of wood chips at our Muskoka farm, to cover crops and our trails. I'm either looking for someone with a tonne of woodchips or someone willing to rent us a 7" chipper for a few weeks in the Spring. We have a few acres of black alder to chip, no bigger than 4" width. The rental shops want $1100 to rent one for 5 days and I think thats way too much. We're a young family trying to make our way, help is appreciated

We have a limited number of spots available in our RV park for summer residents and possibly year-round.
Before you contact us, please read all of this ad carefully.
This is an older adult park. We have no infrastructure for children. There is no playground and no facilities nearby.
This is a quiet adult park that is relaxing, cordial, and free of drama. If you have a lot of visitors and get togethers, this is not the park for you.
Spots are 30amp with water, sewer, and electric (which is metered).
You must be self-contained and use your own toilet and shower. Our facilities are mainly for nightly guests and emergencies in your trailer plumbing. You must have a screw on sewer inlet, not just the type that sit on the sewer.
You must have a newer unit that is visually acceptable.
If you are looking for a nice, clean spot to come on the weekends or stay during the summer, you can park your RV for the summer and pay the monthly rate plus your electric (May 1 to September 30) and then move your RV back home in the fall.
If you are looking for a year-round spot, then we will need to have a longer conversation and get to know each other to ensure you are a fit for our park.

I’m saddened to write this as we have been at our spot for the last 2+ years.. the owners have decided to officially sell the farm. We are two young, very hard working, dedicated people looking for somewhere new to call home. We live fulltime out of our 27ft fifth wheel with our four dogs, indoors cats, and 13 chickens.
