Website Development/ Entry Level Freelancer

We are looking for an entry level freelancer to build a business consulting and energy company website. The UI/UX design has already been completed and we need someone to bring it to life. The website should be user-friendly and visually appealing, showcasing our services and expertise. The freelancer should have the following skills:
- Proficient in web development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Experience with WordPress or other website builders
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
This is a small project, and we estimate it will take under 1 month to complete. We are looking for an entry level freelancer who can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
