Cymri Grazing Corp. is located just outside of the town of Midale, in the RM of Cymri, about 30 minutes from both Weyburn and Estevan. The Grazing Corp. grazes 1500 cow calf pairs across approximately 19,000 acres of native and tame pasture land, alongside the Rafferty Reservoir.

My name is Dylan, I'm 31 years old and a new father who has just moved to London (Dec 1). I haven't landed a job in the city yet, and things are getting pretty desperate now considering a lot of my resources like staffing agencies are on holiday break.
I have work experience in factories from general labour to line operator, I have specialty sales (Vape / Cannabis) and retail management experience too. I have even taught myself 3D modelling and 3D printing, and have released files online with hundreds of downloads (but they aren't generating income).
What I need is a little help landing back on my feet in London. I am looking for some entry-level position at basically any company who will take me as I stand. My largest barrier to work is the fact that I job-hopped too much previously, and so my work experience looks spotty at best.
I would greatly appreciate any opportunities sent my way, even if they are odd jobs. I am friendly, clever, and quite capable. I really just need some solid work experience to get my life back on track and show that I can commit to a job - but in the meantime, I need to get caught up on bills.
During our move we borrowed a lot of money to come to London, where I feel like there will be a lot of opportunities for our family. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read this, and furthermore, any opportunity you offer me.

Responsable de la collecte et de l’analyse des données opérationnelles et des initiatives d’amélioration des processus opérationnels. • Agit en tant que liaison entre notre laboratoire et notre équipe de qualité pour s’assurer que le processus et la qualité répondent aux normes ISO 9001 • Tirer parti des systèmes de données et des inspections directes pour évaluer et surveiller la qualité, la variabilité, la fiabilité et le taux des extrants de l’équipement • Élabore des objectifs d’amélioration des processus et des opérations à long et à court terme, maintient l’orientation vers l’atteinte des objectifs grâce à la communication des résultats et à l’élaboration d’idées et de stratégies opérationnelles • Partenaires de l’ingénierie de la division pour l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de projets d’immobilisations et d’initiatives d’amélioration des processus • Gère la conception, les mises à niveau, les modifications, le dépannage et la mise en service des initiatives d’amélioration des processus et de l’équipement • Suit, analyse et suggère des améliorations pour les données de productivité dans l’usine, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les tonnes / heure, les tonnes par heure-homme, les temps d’arrêt par raison et l’utilisation de produits chimiques • Élabore et maintient des processus de planification et de priorisation des activités en fonction des activités de production et de maintenance • Rassemble, traite et communique les données historiques opérationnelles; fournit une corrélation avec les paramètres de processus • Garantit une production, des débits, des récupérations et une fiabilité de maintenance de qualité conformément aux objectifs des installations et des divisions • Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions techniques et d’ingénierie responsables de la production et du contrôle de la qualité des matières premières, des produits intermédiaires et des produits finis; l’entretien de la centrale, le personnel d’exploitation et les fonctions de soutien commercial Exigences du poste : • Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme supérieur en métallurgie, en chimie ou dans une discipline technique connexe • Quatre (4) ans ou plus d’expérience en ingénierie des procédés et/ou en fabrication • Compétences démontrées en gestion de projet/processus et solides capacités d’analyse • Doit avoir de l’expérience avec l’analyse des causes profondes, l’identification et l’analyse des écarts de performance, ainsi que la planification et l’exécution de projets ou de programmes • Nous sommes une installation 24/7 disponibilité pour répondre aux appels • Formation Six Sigma, certification Kaizen ou Lean • Expérience de la direction d’équipes d’amélioration • Compétences en cartographie et en optimisation des processus • Compétences en matière d’exploration et d’analyse de données • Expérience des systèmes informatisés de gestion de la maintenance (CMMS); SAP souhaité Salaire et avantages sociaux : • Salaire de base concurrentiel et participation à notre plan d’incitation annuel • Nous offrons un programme d’avantages sociaux hautement concurrentiels • Plan d’épargne-retraite (RÉER collectif) avec une cotisation automatique de l’entreprise ainsi que des cotisations de contrepartie Environnement de travail : • Effectue des travaux dans des conditions variables (poussière, huile, graisse, températures chaudes et humides, émanations, bruit, etc.) • Capacité de soulever 50lbs, du sol à la taille, de la taille à l’épaule.
