All livestock is travelled from point A to point B with hay, water is given at each break point in travel. Once you’ve booked with us, we require a 75% deposit to hold your spot with the other 25% required upon arrival before unload.

I have ample experience working with animals at the humane society, vet clinics, and as a farm hand. I have experience with a variety of species and I am more than happy to learn about a species prior to sitting if I don't have past experience. At this time, I can only offer pet sitting in your home.
In addition to pet sitting, I can groom animals. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, and horses. I happy to learn more. I'm not a professional groomer so I don't do specialty cuts such as for poodles or schnauzers, but I can do basic cuts.
I have experience working with behavioral correction. If your dog is fearful or reactive, I can help you correct these issues and restore balance to your home.
I have experience house sitting so if you want any additional service while I'm caring for your pets, please let me know. Prices vary depending on what you want done. I have experience cleaning air bnbs, spring cleaning, and deep cleans. I can do anything from surface clean to deep clean (moving furniture, walls, baseboards, vents, polishing, etc) to spring cleaning (junk removal, organizing, prepare items for sale, etc.). I can help maintain your yard whether it's just mowing the lawn and weedwacking or gardening and weeding.

~Adoption Requirements~
Adoption requires a few steps to ensure these boys and girls are going to the right home, and to give you a hassle free adoption with no worries. This process allows us to help you if you have any wrong information about husbandry and their care. The best way to have healthy animals is to prevent the harm rather then fix it when it already comes.
-step 1: There is a simple adoption form to fill out
-step 2: We require a non refundable deposit of 25$ when we confirm adoption will be processing through. This will happen after the adoption form is accepted, this ensures your place in line as well as gives us confidence that you will stay with us through the process. The 25$ will be counted in your total expense.
-step 3: An person meeting where you get to meet us, the people behind the rattery, and we get to meet you! This is also the time where you will get the meet the litters in person for the first time!
-Step 4: after adoption has been completed, we require an update after a month.

This litter will arrive in June this year and will be ready to go at the very start of August!
These baby rats will be healthy, cared for, and happy little babies, they are all extremely family and kid friendly and a great way to introduce responsibility and companionship to your kids!
These babies are on a custom made diet to give these rats the healthiest diet we could make, they are desensitized to many different kinds of environments, including cats, birds, reptiles, loud environments etc.

K-9 Komfort Inn is a boarding kennel for dogs, cats and rescues. We are a family business that has been operating for over 20 years.. We are located in the country between Norwood and Havelock. It is an indoor facility that is heated by propane in the winter and air conditioned in the summer . There are outdoor runs and a half acre area to play in which is fenced by a six foot high fence.
One of the owners is a dog trainer so call for a free assessment or any training advice.
RESCUES: We work with many rescues and humane societies in this area, Toronto area and even as far as Parry Sound, Ontario. We offer board and trains for rescue dogs who need a little training help before they go into foster or their forever home. We also work with fosters and adopters to help make the transition in the home successful or help solve any issues that arise. Our only requirements are that you
1) stay at the house over night, you’re welcome to leave during the day as long as you check in with the animals a couple times a day,

3) keep all animals out of the bedrooms at all times,
4) feed all animals at set times during the day,
You’re welcome to bring a single guest with you for your stay and we have three TVs with most streaming services!
There will be a small camera in the living room to monitor the animals as well.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask and we will have a more detailed instruction list when you arrive at the house!

I grew up with five dogs, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. From a young age, I learned how to handle a wide range of personalities, including anxious pets who need extra patience and calm energy.
