Net wrapped 3x made with 2023 kubota 5x6 round baler set to 69". Nice bales out of 50 bu wheat crop, no insecticide, burnoff was done in the spring, no incrop, 1/2 rate of fertilizer was spread on it last winter.
Pickup between Kindersley and Rosetown.
Bales in the vertical mixer have been 1160# - $75/bale loaded from the stack in the yard or $70 loaded in the field. Take a gooseneck load or make an offer on the whole lot. Will trade for cattle.

Boar is 2 years old, was told he is purebred Magnelitsa but I don't believe he is 100% pure. His temperement is good with humans, can be a jerk around other pigs though
Sow is Mangelitsa/Berkshire cross I believe, 2 years old & produced 2 healthy litters for us.
Lastly I have 7 piglets born at the end of July 2023. 6 Castrated Male and 1 Female. I'm guessing theyre around 60 lbs each right now. Slower growing pigs but they produce great pork.

Makarios Farms will have lamb meat from our Royal White hair sheep, available starting next week (February 28). We are taking orders for whole or half lambs at $15/pound in the box.
This means you are not paying for the bone, etc., just the cuts themselves, unless you choose to order bones for nutritious stock/bone broth. Weights will range from about 36 to 46 pounds of meat in the box depending on which lamb you select. Some single cuts can be available individually. Contact for more info.
Meat will be cut, wrapped and frozen.
Lamb from hair sheep does not taste gamey, and has fine texture. Our lambs were raised on some grain and hay. Pasture and hay finished as weather permitted.
These lambs are being processed at a licensed and inspected facility.
