Good afternoon Pictou County! :)
We are a family of 4. Two adults, a 16 year old and a 2 year old. Out of shock we are expecting another baby in September. Our current place is way too small for us 4 couldn't imagine adding a 5th. That being said we are looking to move and start over in a new rental. 3 bedrooms is a must. The little ones can share but if a 4th or a den was available, that would be awesome also. I work at the hospital in nursing and my partner has a great job in Carpentry making modular homes and running a folk lift. We have awesome references and rent is always paid on time. Right now everything is included in our rent but we understand that probably will not happen this time around which we are okay with. Please if anyone of you have anything becoming available in April (sooner or later) and want amazing tenants please message me. My hubby is great at doing any kind of maintenance needed. Also he will take care of lawn care and snow removal. My daughter attends Northumberland High and doesn't want to move schools
