I have a empty room for rent in my home. Not furnished. It’s fairly good size. It’s the biggest one in the house, so I’m renting it out as is because it’s with me and my kids. I’m looking for somebody that’s gonna be a good fit as I’m living with my kids.
So preferably a single professional, or very mature student. Zero parties or any type of disturbances. Have to be a Clean person. Do your own dishes and clean up after yourself. This is nonnegotiable. Laundry room as well.
Everything’s included in the price. It’s in Antigonish within minutes of Main Street. There is shared driveway with myself if needed.
