I have previously lived here and you honestly would not want to have a landlord like her. If she’s not in the mood she’ll ignore calls and texts. Would threaten my Roomate to call the police just to scare her. Would not return the key deposit. Would keep complaining about bills even though everything is included in the rent. A very cheap landlord. Any issues in the house would be fixed ages later. Be careful as she would sometimes not give you a lease as well and would keep delaying it. I don’t know if she’s mentally ill or bipolar but save your time and money and don’t even contemplate about living here. I have no clue if she’s showcasing her house on Kjiji but she’s definitely showcasing it on FB marketplace.
