I have a cleared section of land next to my house suitable for an RV or camper trailer available to rent on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. There is a new, double-wide driveway just put in for a large access point to the main road which leads to a boat launch on the coast just 30 seconds away. Would make the perfect weekend getaway vacation spot!!
For just $75 per week, $150 bi weekly or $250/mth you can use it as your vacation getaway! Would also make a great basic camping spot for a tent too, and for a lot cheaper than a campground would charge! Compare at $25-40 per night for campground fees or $3500+ for yearly seasonal lot fees...
There are no hook ups, so your RV or trailer would need to be self sufficient. My house does have outside outlets and a long outside extension cord, if some power is needed (at an extra charge for power usage). Preference is given more to long term renters of 2-3 months or more.
The nearby town has a free fresh water station for your water needs, as well as black water dumping & propane refilling at the local Irving, so all your needs should be covered.
If you are someone who typically pays for outside winter storage for your RV or Camper, then we can arrange for you to simply keep it on the property after the season is over at a reduced 6 month rate of only $350 for the entire winter (Nov-Apr). Save money on storage without the extra hassle of towing it anywhere else!!
I live near the coast with a boat launch just 30 seconds down the road with lots of tiny islands to explore, plus several major beaches within 15 minutes away along the highway.
