Pièces communes : la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée (douche et baignoire), la cuisine, la pièce de séjour avec le poêle à bois, la salle à manger. Selon l’entente, il y a une bibliothèque qui sert aussi de salle de télévision qui peut être disponible à certaines heures. Le salon et les autres pièces sont privés.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée ainsi que la salle de bain : laveuse et sécheuse sont accessibles.
La maison est face à la mer, c'est magnifique. Mais aussi venteux.
Conditions et règlements intérieurs : le candidat sera absolument non-fumeur, propre dans sa chambre et sur sa personne. Cela signifie que la personne prendra soin de faire son ménage et de laver ses draps et ses vêtements régulièrement. Elle participera aussi, à parts égales, à l'entretien des lieux communs : l'entrée de la maison, la salle de bain, la cuisine et la salle à manger.
