Close to VIU- 15 min walk. Plenty of light. Separate entrance on the side of the house. All brand new grey laminate floors, no carpet. The floor plan is attached.
When looking at the floor plan of the suite, the rooms that have suite above the names are in the suite. The suite does not include the garage nor the office/den.
