Hello,My housemate and I are looking for a 3rd housemate in our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit at 1035 15th Ave W and Oak in Fairview, Vancouver. Starting May 1st. May move in last week of April. Our original 3rd housemate is moving to Toronto and we have signed a new agreement to stay. 6 month lease and then month to month.
Room is on the top floor with the other 2, has its own balcony, plenty of light in the summer, and quite big.
Well situated, with a bus to downtown (#17) a block away. Pharmacy, grocery store, and bakery/deli right beside the house. Safeway down Oak street. Close to the seawall, broadway street, south granville st with lots of shops, cafes, etc. It's honestly a great location so we are wanting to stay and find a good fit rather than move to a 2 bdrm. That also means we have things furnished already in the shared spaces.
No smokers. We are not allowed pets in the unit.

Gated at the front and back. The room may be empty or can come with dresser, desk and chair from the housemate moving out.
