Large living room and separate dining area. Has mud room on the back off the deck. Full basement with washer and dryer. Yes it does have a stove in the kitchen, I don't know why kijiji doesn't allow for that in the ad. Huge yard with room for a garden for those so inclined. There is a two story deck on the front and a covered deck on the back. Tenant must sign a year lease and will be responsible for all utilities. The house will be rented to responsible non smoking people only. Party animals need not respond. The house and yard must be maintained.
