2.3 Dans la situation où le séjour devrait être annulé ou interrompu à cause de problèmes imprévus à l’immeuble (eau, électricité, etc.), la responsabilité du Locateur se limiterait au coût de la location. Je lance aujourd'hui un cris du coeur!
Nous sommes un couple dans la trentaine. Nous avons deux jeunes filles, une de presque 4 ans et l'autre de 5 ans et demi. Nous avons aussi une chatte de 16 ans opéré.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une maison à louer dans les laurentides, haute-laurentides de préférence (entre Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts et Mont-Laurier environ). Nous avons besoin de 3 chambres. Nous sommes des gens super tranquille donc nous recherchons la tranquillité! Nous cherchons aussi la stabilité donc nous cherchons un endroit à louer à long terme, voir très long terme! Nous sommes des gens respectueux, propre, nous ne faisons pas de "party". Nous allons prendre soin de votre maison comme si c'était la nôtre!
Nous avons un budget d'environ 1200$ par mois. Nous sommes aussi ouvert à la location sur option d'achat.
Nous sommes présentement dans une maison que nous louons mais plus les jours avance, plus les problèmes s'accumulent L'isolation est complètement fini, le froid rentre par les prises électriques et il y a un courant d'air qui se fait dans la descente d'escalier. Les fenêtres sont fini et il y a des trous un peu partout qui laisse entrer les insectes (araignées, fournis, etc) et les souris... La toiture a été refaite cette été mais malgré ça, l'eau coule dans le plafond de nos chambres. La hotte de poêle gèle moindrement qu'il fait froid dehors. La toilette ne flush pas où fait des balloune quand on enlève l'eau du bain, quand on fait du lavage, bref dès qu'on utilise une source d'eau en même temps qu'on flush la toilette. Nous devons a chaque 2 mois faire une brassé d'eau/ eau de Javel dans notre laveuse car notre eau pue le cadavre... Malheureusement notre propriété n'est pas très coopératif...
Nous savons que les temps sont sur pour tout le monde mais s.v.p, aidez notre famille à pouvoir vivre dans un endroit sain

Hey there! My name is Ian and I am in search of a small room where I can sleep between the hours of 9pm and 7am on Thurs Fri and Sat. I may not need to sleep in the room all 3 nights as I have a job on the Weekends that does require some over night sleep shifts. whether I sleep there or not you still get paid. I was thinking 300 a month where I would only be there on the 3 nights and would only require a small space to blow up an air mattress and sink to brush my teeth in.
