We are a Christian owned and operated farm and we are seeking to give an opportunity to another fellow believer. Unity in the house hold is important to us here. We all act like family.
Rent is loosely set at $600, but opportunities for extra space or larger room is available. Basic hydro is included. but if you are a high demand user, you'll be asked to contribute an extra $50-$100/mo towards the utilities based on your usage. We would predetermine this before moving in.
Must like cats. We have 5, they are highly social and friendly, and trained mousers. For this reason also, we cannot allow feline or canine pets. But we will entertain most other pets.
