Chambre à louer pour le 1er mars dans une résidence de style bungalow canadien située à la campagne à environ 8km à l’Est du centre-ville de Chicoutimi (10 minutes en voiture). 500$ par mois. Les chambres sont non meublé pour l’instant, une personne ayant déjà ses meubles pourra s’y installer facilement, comme par exemple un nouvel arrivant, travailleur, étudiant, sinistré de la Baie, divorcée, travailleur temporaire, militaire etc.. Électricité inclus dans le prix, pas de bail à signer, durée flexible. Recherche une personne fiable et responsable, non-fumeur, sans animaux. Une chambre possède une salle de bain privée par contre elle-est située au sous-sol, l’autre chambre disponible est au rez de chaussé. Une autobus de ville passe matin et soir mais idéalement avoir une voiture est préférable. Bienvenu aux gens de l’étranger et aux travailleurs ou étudiants immigrants de l'UQAC ou du CEGEP en recherche d’un logement.
