Looking for room mate to share a 2 Bedroom ½ Duplex close to downtown Vernon. I’m a single male 26 year old looking for a room mate who is responsible, clean, quiet and is looking for a long term, shared, tenancy.
Interested parties are subject to approval by my landlord, must be employed and will be required to complete an application and credit check with my landlord. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a co-tenancy agreement.
