After 12 years we had our FIRST plumbing issue arise and that all got fixed & new exchanger installed and lined flushed as well so everything is roaring as it should.
Apparently we need to state this: plumbing things arise. In any and all homes. Please don’t be naive & rent expecting a house to never have an issue. By tenant laws you do not get $ off rent due to such an issue. Yes we jump to it, but be common knowledge plumbers don’t jump at the drop of a hat. We will not deal with such nightmare tenants again. If issues arise tenant with absolutely anything you are to notify your landlord immediately. Not days or weeks later then expect catering / money off for said time.
This rental is a 6 MONTH TERM AT A TIME ONLY.
You don’t sign the rental contract you do not move in. Yes we are covering all angles since we can’t expect people to be honest or decent.
